معرفی دوره آموزشی مدیریت هزینه‌های عمومی

مدیریت هزینه عبارت است از مجموعه اقداماتی که مدیریت برای کنترل و کاهش مستمر هزینه‌های سازمان با حفظ کیفیت خدمات یا محصولات انجام می‌دهد. نکته حائز اهمیت در این فرایند آن است که کاهش هزینه‌ها منجر به کاهش رضایت‌‌مندی استفاده‌کنندگان از خدمات یا محصولات سازمان نشود. مدیریت هزینه، فلسفه‌ای عام است که به فعالیت‌ها یا بخش خاصی از یک سازمان محدود نمی‌شود. در واقع، هدف اصلی سیستم مدیریت هزینه را می‌توان ارائه خدمات یا محصولات با کیفیت مناسب و حداقل بهای‌ تمام‌‌ شده دانست. مدیریت هزینه در بخش عمومی با توجه به گسترش دامنه و حجم فعالیت‌ها، تنوع در خدمات و محصولات و همچنین محدودیت منابع از اهمیت بسیار بالایی برخوردار است. البته در حال حاضر رویکرد اکثر کشورهای توسعه‌یافته توجه به منابع و مدیریت آن به ‌جای مدیریت صرف هزینه‌ها است. بنابراین مدیریت هزینه به‌ عنوان ابزاری در جهت مدیریت منابع مورد توجه قرار می‌گیرد.
